Reminder Coming This Week: Enhanced NVIDIA Enterprise Support Portal

Beginning April 15, 2018, you will be able to access the new NVIDIA Enterprise Support Portal. There is a new look and feel to your portal. There are also additional features to enhance your support experience. Features include:

Entitlement Information

Case Management

Announcements

Knowledgebase

And many more…

For those of you that already have access to the existing NVDIA Enterprise Support Portal, there will be no change regarding how you access the new portal. You will continue to login to https://nvid.nvidia.com/dashboard/with your existing login and password. If you have not logged in before, you may receive an email from NVIDIA, asking you to set your password. After login, some of you may see several buttons; please choose "ESP COMMUNITY PORTAL".

NVIDIA will have a maintenance window from Friday, April 13th at 5:30pm PST through Sunday, April 15th 5:30am PST to enable the enhancements. During this time, you will not be able to access the Enterprise Support Portal.
